Buying a Condo?
The latest news is we are in the process of buying a condo. We went to the open house on Sunday and loved the place for the price. It is a little bit larger than what we are renting now and there is a one car detached garage. Two bedrooms, two baths, second floor, balcony, washer/dryer in the unit, new paint and new carpet. We made an offer, they made a counter-offer, and then we countered the counter… It is all very confusing to me. The place will close September 28th if all goes well.
